it is near train station. clean, room is big enough. wifi is fine. i have a private bathroom. staff is nice.
At midnight the travelers in my opposite room spoke loudly. they kept talking and opening and shutting the door which made me unable to sleep. Luckily it only last for an hour. breakfast is too simple. no meat. no cereal. no much choices on butter and jam.

The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay, allowing us to stash our bags both before we checked in and also after. The rooms were perfect for people who want to explore the city, and just want a relaxing bed and all the things you want from a room. The breakfast was brilliant for filling you up first thing in the morning.
My only complaint would be that there were exposed wires above the mirror in the twin room we stayed in, which could have proved dangerous.

The price was quite cheap and the position in the near of the main train station was convenient for me. The breakfast was also very nice.
I got a room at the fourth floor without lift, which is fine normally but I had a huge suitcase! The room was not fully functioning (shower tube broken, tap of the sink loosen, no hairdrier (they say room with hairdrier), TV remote controller not working.

I really liked the location of the hotel to the center and main attractions
The only drawback was the noise from the constrution of a nearby hotel.

The location is very good. You can have a nice city trip if you stay in this hotel. It is also convenient to go to other places by train.

The location to car rentals as well as the train made it ideal. It was good value for the money.
The breakfast was good, but only consisted of bread and preserves with coffee and some juice. The washroom, though adequate, was a little bit questionable in terms of cleanliness.

location
There is no lift in the hotel and the room was on 4th floor and extremely inconvenient to use the narrow staircase. Hotel receptionist - bald guy extremely unfriendly and rude. He was talking on the phone and paid no attention to us. We sat in the restaurant in the adjacent room. He came after good 15-20 mins after completing his phone call and starting shouting as if we had made forced entry in his hotel.

The breakfast is excellent, French style. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is right next to the main train station (Hauptbanhoff), excellent location for travellers and getting around Frankfurt.
No elevator, the staff offers to carry your luggage upstairs but is poorly acessible for handicapped or elderly.

Excellent location, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Although we checked out at 11, staff were quite happy to look after our bags while we ventured out into the city. Perfect for a cheap, no frills place to stay.
Be aware that there is no lift. However, there was apparently someone who would have carried our bags up the stairs, should we have needed it.
